Permission to administer Better Messages => admin/settings/better-messages is for roles who have "administer site configuration".

Else any user either anonymous or authenticated can see the messages if enabled!

I have only this settings..

why do I not see "administer site configuration"

Permission to edit Better Messages settings is granted for roles who have "administer site configuration" permission or for user with uid = 1.

As for viewing Better Messages there's no permission to do so, because any visitor can see Drupal messages.

Try logging in with a wrong username or password - after enabling the module - and you should see the message.

I can confirm that anonymous users don't see any popups or any messages on Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.

I can now confirm that only admin/userID-1 is seeing any popup messages.

OK. Hang on... The permissions 'Access Better Messages' need to be enabled for all roles right?

Better message popup is coming blank in case of login/registration error messages. When I exclude these pages for better message then nothing is coming and if I unstall this then messages are coming properly.
Any help ?
