I'm creating a travel site where apart from travel guies, photos et, I'd like to have an exclusive section for travel agents to create thier own 'mini/micro website'.

This mini website would have a blog, facilities for creating pages and perhaps a photo gallery.

Travel agents need to be able to signup from the website directly and start creating thier mini site.

What modules help achieve this functionality? Organic Groups comes to my mind, but I'd like to know other suggestions.
