Allow YAML to specify a menu name

Would be useful to allow the menu name to be given per-node in the YAML, like this:

- menu: primary-links
- menu: none

Omitting the menu would use the menu selected in the UI.

This would probably best be done after a refactoring of the _bones_build_bones function params into an array.
