In the module code there is:
"Type the characters you see in the picture above; if you can't read them, submit the form and a new image will be generated."
and in the language files there is:
"Type in the characters you see in the picture above; if you can't read them, submit the form and a new image will be generated."

This little patch fixes the problem so this string can be translated properly.

I was a bit to quick, it seem that sentence is very different from the one in the translation files...
I'm guessing that all of the translation files will need to be adapted instead of the module.

We update the translation files regularly. Make sure you're using localize.drupal.org now as well.
