Log clearing function for Cron run completed. messages.

It would be great if one of the cron modules could offer a way to clear successful cron runs from the watchdog on a periodic basis, for example let the admin specify to clear out all entries with "Cron run completed." that is older than x days. That would remove unnecessary clutter from the recent log entries list.
