Only local images are allowed.

1. missing :hover, :active colors and/or text decorations on regular links
2. missing :hover color for submit buttons

Seven should also have rounded :hover states over items in vertical tabs, along with the underlined text effect, right now it only has a background on the :active items. Should I open a new issue for this?
