I have the latest salesforce api module enabled, and the 1.3 toolkit installed. With this setup I am able to connect to a developer editiion salesforce account I created. However when I try to connect to an enterprise account (having updated credentials and security token), I can't log in. The logs just show an INVALID_LOGIN error. I've verified that my account details are correct, and the guys managing that salesforce account claim that it isn't a network, profile or IP blocking issue. They don't see my login attempts hitting the site at all.
They've responded with:
is the Tool you are using, to try and access the Salesforce API, been certified by Salesforce.com ?
Any ideas on whether this could be the cause? Or what other things could cause the login failures?
Cheers,
Stella

Bevan commentedStella, no 'certification' is necessary for this to work. SF support probably just wants to know how much support they are obliged to provide. Please check you are using latest DRUPAL-6--2 code, and provide full error messages.
I don't have access to an Enterprise edition of SF, so I can't really comment. Possibly you need to include the WSDLs or a different toolkit if you use the enterprise edition?

stella commentedI just needed to update my WSDL. Sorry, forgot to close this issue.
