all my webform will give me a blank page after enabling boost module.

I use it with the webform module, so it definitely works with it.

Where's the blank, Viewing or submitting?
Multi-step?
Embeded or it's own node?

It got blank when viewing.
My drupal is 5.10 and webform module is 5.x-2.4.

5.x is unsupported at this time...

I recommend setting boost so it doesn't cache those pages.

Closing all 5.x issues; will only reevaluate if someone steps up #454652: Looking for a co-maintainer - 5.x

Reason is 6.x has 10x as many users as 5.x; also last 5.x dev was over a year ago. The 5.x issue queue needs to go.
