Imagecache creates 2 files for each image

Hi,

It might be something I have done, but find that when I first add a node and upload an image on 'submit', the image does not show in the node.

I then have to go to 'edit node' to upload the same image and then it shows.

In the files there are now 2 images, eg. myimage.jpg and myimage_0.jpg

Hmm, has someone perhaps come across this?

Also the same for imagecache_profiles .. it does not create a 2nd file, but does not replace the image immediately, you have to 'delete' it first, and then go back to 'edit profile' to add a new image.
