I have taken some time to write a brief http://www.onlinewebsitedesign.net/drupal-projects.

Read carefully, you can get in touch via the Contact form (email address is included at the top). I'd like to know how much you'd charge if the modules are shared vs if they are not shared. I think these two modules will be very popular therefore I would hope that the price is low and modules get shared. In fact in time I think these modules would be created anyway.

Budget is tight. Please get in touch with your projects/portfolio and payment terms.

The User Relationships module for User Import will be shared and hopefully added to core User Import module.

Project sold. Decided to wait and see what becomes of "This day in history" for the Date module.

The work is not fit for human consumption. It does work but not fit for public. I contacted User Import developer a while ago, asked if they wanted to try and perhaps develop it so that it's fit for public consumption. No reply.

Also it is currently being developed further as there is a bug.
