It appears that I can't make the subscriptions module working in my website : nothing appears in the subscription block (as shown in the attached screenshot, where I've added some red interrogation marks).

Is it a bug in the subscriptions module or did I make something wrong ?

Does user 1 get the Subscribe options? Then you haven't given the required permissions.
