Patch to allow styles for users content (MySpace like)

This patch will display a specific users styles if we are currently looking at a blog, a profile or a node created by that user.
So each user can style their profile/blog, like on MySpace.

This patch makes Theme Hues dependent on the module "currentnode", which is just very simple helper module, which may also be helpful in many other situations where you need to know the current user of a blog/profile/node.
