It would be great to have icons to help people differentiate between attendees for whom we need more information, and attendees who already have accounts in the system.

Ultimately, on the profiles step of the attendee info form, it would be smart to list the attendees requiring information first, and then list the attendees who already have accounts.

This patch adds a message for when the user does not already have an account prepares for the icons by making the markup around these messages themable.
