I just upgraded my site from 5.19 to 6.13. I did this in a test environment and everything went smoothly. Now that I am upgrading the real site, however, I find that the initial forum post / thread starter throughout my site is not using the advanced forum template correctly. In other words, in generating the initial post, it is using node.tpl.php from my theme directory instead of advf-forum-post.tpl.php in the advanced forum directory. The comments ARE using the correct template and are formatted correctly, but the initial post is not. I am not even sure where to look to fix this problem. My test environment is configured the same way and it IS using the correct template file. Any hints or suggestions on where to start would be appreciated...

Never Mind -- I think this was caused by disabling and reenabling the core forum module as I had other problems which pointed to this as well. I started over again and everything appears to be moving along just fine...
