0 comments display for 'New forum topics' block

On the 'New forum topics' block, the 'title' property is set to display the number of comments for each topic. This is great, except that there is nothing set for topics with zero comments.

I find myself waiting extra long for the mouseover delay, only to realize that there must be no comments posted yet for the topic.

I think it would be a simple task to extend the comment reporting to include '0 comments', and it would make it more consistent and user friendly.
