issues to fix prior to a 6.x-1.6 release

I'd like to set a roadmap for the 6.x-1.6 release.

#530292: if there are no comments show the talk page with some "add a comment" text seems like a big deal. In 6.x-1.5 the behavior was more like what that issue proposes so we should fix that before a release.

Fixing that will make #467088: Access denied after first comment submission if comment moderation is enabled no longer necessary.

Then we'll be down to simpletests, a views link, an impossible feature, and a support request. That seems like a reasonable list to still have open when we create a new release.
