Use inline popup for Service Links

Description
This issue is to track making the service links show up in something like a inline popup window.
This patch attempts this by using Lightbox2. You'll of course need the module to be installed in order to use the inline popups. I'm not sure how much I like Lightbox2, but there's the patch anyway. Have any other ideas on how to do this?
