Can you Post via Email to Organic Groups, Like you can with Yahoo Groups?

The title kinda says it all. You know how in Yahoo groups a person can send an email to the-name-of-my-group@groups.yahoo.com and it gets sent to everyone in the group? This is without logging in to the site and manually posting, but just through email.
Is that possible with Organic Groups?

You need notifications, messaging, mailhandler and mail to web module
