Be able to focus 75+% of time on this project as it is overdue.

- Motivated to learn new skills and adapt to iterative project development

- Be able to adhere to a strict, obtainable time lines
- Be able to follow guide lines but also give input
- Have an online Drupal portfolio
- Have a minimum 3 years experience with Drupal development
- Have contactable references
