reservation module for real estate company site

hello

I am new to drupal

I am looking for a module for real estate company which is selling plots to their customers

For example - total plots available Say 150

each plot has its unique plot number

customer can reserve plot and he will get payment information via email with 10 days time

when ever customer reserves plot then the said plot goes to reserved product

after recieving payment the plot is not available for another customer

can anyone suggest me which module is best for the above features.
