Hi there,

I just watched your wonderful video at http://mustardseedmedia.com/podcast/episode19 it was great.

We run a non profit org and create our own music on daily basis. I have been searching the web for past 15 or so days to find out a way to make over 20,000 (growing 10 files a day) mp3 files available to listen and download to our community for free. Currently we are using Joomla with Zina music library management component. I believe Drupal is more powerful and customizable and there for we are considering on moving to drupal. But this audio service is the primary reason for the visits. With Views, I believe that I will have more ways to offer different views of audio activities.

I know little about PHP. One thing I saw that you have to add one file at a time. Is there any way I can add multiple files to podcast module? This is important to me as I cannot add over 20,000 files one by one.

Please advise.

Thanks

Navnish, sorry for the slow response. I hope you found your answer in the meantime.

This module is a building block module and not a media file system in a box. It can be used as part of one. I'd suggest using SWF Tools, FFPC, and FileField as a solution to your media needs. This combination of modules can be used to build a custom solution to meet your needs.

mfer,

I am sorry for simply disappearing from the forum. I have recently implemented the site in DotNetNuke. But still I cannot forget Drupal. I dont why I feel like I can do more and better with Drupal. So I am back again.

I noticed that Drupal 7 is flying every where. Should look at 7 or still keep finding my solution with what you suggest?

Thanks
