Since none of the regional modules work for 2.0 yet, I need a shipping quote by country solution. For example, these three countries:

Destination First 0.5Kg Plus 0.5Kg
Argentina 34.29 10.22
Australia 16.98 4.53
Austria 30.20 7.71

All need different shipping rates for the first 0.5kg, plus additional 0.5kg. I'm thinking Conditional Actions myself, but not sure how to set it up. What settings do I need to create to get this to work?

I've asked this on the Ubercart.org forum as well, but have gotten no responses as of yet.
