It is found that in default bookmarks flag settings whenever roles checked or removed it reflects in views (tab) too...good.

In custom flag created, when roles are checked or removed in flag settings, it doesn't apply in views(tab). how to make this work?

I don't understand the question posted. What settings are not reflected in the "views (tab)"? What do you mean by "views (tab)"?
