Looking For Experienced Drupal Developer

AI Dezigns is a rapidly expanding web design and development consultancy. We set a dozen client expectations, but deliver a baker’s dozen!

We are currently looking to provide work to talented and communicative Drupal developers. You must be a full-time freelancer with at-least 3 years of development experience. Here's what we need:

1) You must have a solid understanding of Drupal architecture; including components, theming, development and integration.
2) You have developed several real world Drupal sites that we can see. Please describe what your roles and process in the development of those site(s).
3) You must have an understanding on common Drupal issues, and how to solve them (ex: performance issues)
4) You must have knowledge of existing plugins, such as UberCart or Campaign Monitor. You must be able to use and suggest existing plugins to provide functionality where necessary.
5) You must know XHTML / CSS – Strict,valid and, most importantly, semantic. You must know IE 6/7/8 quirks and write compatible code, with cleanly isolated hacks.
6) You must be well versed with JS. Knowing pure JS is essential.
7) Good command over English. You must be prompt and responsive, both via email and IM. This is VERY important. Dont apply if you cant.

It is preferable if you know the following as well :
1) JQuery/Mootools.
2) Good PHP 5 / MySQL 5 : A good understanding if these two will get you more work.

We value good work, and work ethic. We don't pressure for time but we like to stick to reasonable deadlines. Applicants need to be self-motivated, professional, disciplined and communicative (didn't i mention that?). You also need to be flexible with changes, as clients dont always know what they want.

The advantage of working with us is that we will handle all client relationships. We want to build an ongoing working relationship with dedicated individuals with the right skills and positive attitude. Location is not an issue. There will be ongoing work for the right individual.
