Currently assigning/removing user to/from a role is by going to their profile, how about from user interface and bulk edit/assign similar to what "administer user" permission. as per their permission? is this feature in the radar?

Add the role to the selected user
- admin
- moderator

This is a duplicate of #598840: User Management Batch Update Options should include assign and remove role. Actually that one is the dup since this was filed first, but the activity is posted there now so let's call this one the dup.
