This release contains new codecs, a few bug fixes and general code clean-up.

New codecs

#374817: Embedding slideshare.net contents adding a codec by Justin W Freeman, tsaorin and blackdog - Slideshare codec.
#270279: Anyone have the support code for Blip.tv by jtsnow - added codec for blip.tv!
#368343: Add support for capped.tv by blackdog - codec for capped.tv

New features

#378148: Hide related videos on youtube - by scottrigby & levavie - Setting for showing related videos. Defaults to Yes, as before.
#542080: Vimeo Autoplay - by rightsprocket & anon - Vimeo autoplay support.
by blackdog - added 'Instructions' to codec array, shows up in long filter help text to instruct users about codecs that need special input.
#346855: Height overrides width? by blackdog - added setting for width/height priority.

Bugs fixed

By blackdog - Performance: remove unnecessary code, making the filter cache.
#513674: Google Video on other domains than dot com by blackdog - allow all top domains for google video.

Other changes

By blackdog - proper code comments.
By blackdog - remove Jumpcut since they shut down.
