Hey
This is not a bug but I was unable to find anywhere to post this.
Is e-commerce able to assign invoices to users for them to pick up when they login? Also is there any documention that covers such tasks as this.

This is something that is not there yet. I am holding this off until 4.1 as I have going to be doing a overhaul of the checkout which will then allow you to do this.

Pooh,
I just tried the release candidate released yesterday and did not see "add transaction"
equivalent. So yeah the answer is not till after released.
I just found this thread just before posting a similar questions in groups.drupal.org
I had used this feature on a site to do invoice only after reading

Please if you can post some status about admin adding manually transactions as you can.
