I am changing the title to better reflect the task being developed.
Custom filter already uses checkall.module when it is present; it could use it also in the replacement rules page, to allow the user to enable/disable all the rules of a filter.
The page that list the replacement rules for a filter now uses CheckAll to enable/disable all the rules with a single click. When the module is not installed, the settings page appears as before.
