On video submission the video uploads to YouTube, however the upload progress bar on the node creation page never disappears. No errors are thrown, and the "Submit" and "Preview" buttons get hidden when uploading the video and do not show back up.

Does anyone have any idea why this would be?

Disabling devel module fixed this issue.
