I have just turned on Creative Commons Module and I got this error message:

Warning: Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated; If you would like to pass it by reference, modify the declaration of [runtime function name](). If you would like to enable call-time pass-by-reference, you can set allow_call_time_pass_reference to true in your INI file in /sites/all/modules/creativecommons/creativecommons.module on line 751

Hmm, looks like a PHP 5.3.0 thing, which is why I wouldn't have noticed it (I'm running 5.2.6). I think I've fixed it, but if you could check the next snapshot/release and let me know that'd be great.

Balleyne, I've tried 6.x-1.x-dev version and there's no warning message at all. Are you planning to do the changes into the stable version? You're doing a great job with this module

Thanks! Changes will appear in the next release, probably another beta, working through a few other issues too. Keep an eye out, should be ready within a week.
