I have Signatures for Forums installed and it's working well with my Advanced Forum, but it does not seem to be integrating with WYSIWYG/FCKeditor. I have the default input type set to full html, but wysiwyg is not providing the FCKeditor toolbar on the edit field in user edit.

Is this a known issue? Is there a resolution?

This is a duplicate of #350576: Integration with Wysiwyg API: signature form should use key 'format' not 'filter' to store input format.

Have you tried using the latest -dev release of Signatures for Forums? It should work with WYSIWYG version 3.x. I forget why, but am pretty sure it doesn't work with WYSIWYG version 2.x
