I made a modification to search404 to play with the standalone feature of Search by Page module.

It's not terribly pretty - mainly the same approach as with GoogleCSE, but had to repeat the existing "EVIL HAXX!" to stop looping redirects.

Here's the patch - it's against 6.x-1.7 but I could re-roll against dev if that's helpful. But maybe there's a better approach?

I have committed the patch to the latest dev version of search404.

In addition I have provided an option at the administration section of search404 to enable or disable "Search by Page" module based searches.
