On the very first page in the navigation menu, FCK Editor works fine (and only on some pc's). On te other pages, if just does not load. If you do a View Source on that page, you will find various fck entries like
" var oFCK_1;if (Drupal.jsEnabled) {$(document).ready(function() {oFCK_1 = new FCKeditor( 'oFCK_1' ); "

but on all the others pages I get:

------ Clean URLs------ Date and time------ Error reporting------ FCKeditor------ Facebook connect------ File system

The problem was not solved by disabling of the Clean URL's. I also disabled the modules. I changed to default page to another, but still just the one original page loads FCK editor. The pages all use full HTML. This behaviour is the same for different users.

Why is it working on 1 page,but not the next?

You should file this with the FCK editor module not Drupal core as this is not in Drupal 6.
