Filters required?

Issue Summary

I was having trouble when selecting the option to insert html instead of filters for my new images. It would always display the full size image no matter what size I tried to select. After I added the imagefield assist filter and started inserting the images as filters it all worked much better and obeyed my choice for sizes.
