Issue Summary

Let's test the user interface of the module.
The createFeed function already tests creating mapping entries. This test function is for testing unique toggle and delete mapping entries.
You should apply #548850: Toggle unique broken before that.

I extended the test with testing per-node - per-content-type override handling.
