Collation for international symbols (Lithuanian)

Hi, using this great module on my lithuanian site (LT), with only available language, and cannot get proper order of displayed tags. Changed "term_data" table to collation from utf8_general_ci to utf8_lithuanian_ci with columns inside - no change. What did I missed?
