Does the 'Backup and Migrate' module backup both MySQL & web files?

Funnily this is not stated on the desciption: http://drupal.org/project/backup_migrate

It just mentions that it backs up the MySQL database, but no mention of backing up the rest of th site, with a view to transfer the lot onto another server. Can anyone kindly clarify this?

In addition, it does mention the word 'restore' a couple of times, but the instructions does not mention any details.

Please can someone give me guidance. i would like a module that does the entire backup instead of having to use an FTP client to do the files.

imo the project page is quite clear-- backup_migrate only handles the database. As for restores, they're done on the "Restore" tab.
