Description
1) I can't set weight of filters.
2) I can't import file in attachment, which I exported from version 6.x-1.0-beta9.

The code has been fixed, and committed in CVS for the development snapshot.

When I changed weight of the rules in admin/settings/customfilter/1 I see error message:
An illegal choice has been detected. Please contact the site administrator.

I created #552924: An illegal choice has been detected for that issue; it's normally better to keep different issues separated.
