Hi,
I've read some of the issues on bulk update in chunks. The question that I haven't found the answer to is will the bulk update report the nodes that it's updated? Also will the process continue where it left off (keep running defined chunks) or do you have to run the bulk update again and will it remember where it left off?

It doesn't report which nodes it updated, though there is an issue for a summary message #236334: Add watchdog logged for bulk generated aliases.

It does run in chunks and it does remember where it left off (kind of - it only works on nodes that don't currently have aliases).
