In the 6.x-1.3 release of uc_ideal_easy, many of the files are missing (i.e. all the files except license.txt and .module). Is this intended?

If I look here: http://cvs.drupal.org/viewvc.py/drupal/contributions/modules/uc_ideal_ea...
All files are there, although only the .module file is marked as revision.
