Administration theme gives the wrong recommended version http://drupal.org/project/admin_theme

It appears well on the project page, but in administer releases it goes one back. It also says to upgrade to an older version in update status.

Looks like I should have given it some more time. Was it stuck ? Or is this normal behaviour?
