Hello, is there a way to modify the "Send by Email" form, or even automate it so when users get to my page it emails them automatically? (i am using this to generate and send out receipts)

No, and no..

You can of course modify the code so that the e-mail is sent automatically instead of displaying a form, but that is not the purpose of the module, so you'll have to do it yourself. However, I think that some other module might be better suited for that.
