How to add a site user to blacklist without importing blacklist ?

For example, an anon user has IP 333.333.33.33 - how to add this to blacklist so that 'cave' can be enabled for this anon user?

For example, a registered user John has IP 444.444.44.44 - how to add this to blacklist so that 'cave' can be enabled for this anon user?

@kaakuu: I have updated the README.txt file that comes with the module. That might help. It's not committed yet. But the updated file is available at http://drupal.org/node/645736#comment-2383378
