Any simple documentation to do the following

list of recent IPs that lists IPs of anon users + registered users
block an IP OR enable 'cave' for it
block an user OR enable 'cave' for him

The troll interface has excellent details but confusing how to do simple tasks like above

List of your recent IPs

444.44.44.44 - anon user - x block this IP - enable cave
555.55.55.55 - reg user - x block this IP x block this user - enable cave
666.66.66.66 - reg user - x block this IP x block this user - enable cave
333.333.3.00 - anon user - x block this IP - enable cave

@kaakuu: I have updated the README.txt file that comes with the module. That might help. It's not committed yet. But the updated file is available at http://drupal.org/node/645736#comment-2383378
