I've been testing out this in a test installation and have found something I think should probably be included. Basically, I want to request some more Advanced permissions settings when posting a node to the forums. This should probably be implemented in two ways:
1- The ability to limit which forums the user can cross-post a node to.
2- Building off of the first one, the ability to have separate permissions for separate content types. For example, if I have a subforum named "Blogs" and a Blog content type in Drupal, then I would want people who cross-post their blog to only be able to post it in the "Blogs" subforum, and no where else. Then if I have people posting Pages (on my site it would be Pages used for Guides, FAQs, and Tutorials) to only be able to post the Page content type to the "Guides and Tutorials" subforum.

Not sure if it helps, but this kind of cross-posting must be possible, since WP-United (a Wordpress-phpbb3 Integration mod unrelated to Drupal) has those options.

If there is something like this available already and I'm just totally missing out, feel free to let me know. Thank you!
