I am testing Drupal 4.7 beta6 with the newest TinyMCE taken from the CVS. I tested in IE and Firefox, creating/editing/viewing standard nodes page/story and my custom node defined with Flexinode 4.7. I am using the Marvin Theme coming with Drupal 4.7beta6.

When editing an existing flexinode node, then the edit-area of the editor is very small, only a few pixels high and no text can be seen. The user must first resize the editor to see all. This does not happen with story and page. The flexinode field is of type “text area” with 5 lines. If I change it to 20 lines, then the problem disappears. Note: It does not matter whether I have in the text field 1 line of text or many lines.

I'm currently having the same issue. I'm using 5.1 and instead of having problems with the height, the width is not right. [i.e. too narrow] It's not the actual text area which is the problem, its the iFrame within the TinyMCE area which is wrong.

Is there a way I can fix this, I'm sure the same fix for the height can be used for the width...
