- Norwegian (no)
- Portugese (pt)
- Romany (rom)

I patched these languages according to this list:

Drupal already has two variants of Norwegian and two variants of Portugese. It does not have Romany for sure, but we are using RFC 4646 language codes, which you do not seem to follow here. So we should find out what the RCF 4646 code for Romany is.

But since there has been no movement in 10+ years moving to PNMI if still desired.

Drupal core is moving towards using a “main” branch. As an interim step, a new 11.x branch has been opened, as Drupal.org infrastructure cannot currently fully support a branch named main. New developments and disruptive changes should now be targeted for the 11.x branch. There doesn't seem to be interest in adding Romani anymore. So, I am going to close this.

If I am wrong and there is interest, then read about the steps to add a language. Then either re-open this issue and add a comment or open a new issue and reference this one.
