I did a fresh install of 4.7b6.

Logged in with USER/1
Clicked the Website title 'Drupal' in upper left. Site returns a view as if one is NOT logged in. ie. Content is restricted and loggin block is visable.
Following provided links from this 'not logged' in view returns one to a normal 'logged on' view.

problem exists for 'authenticated users' as well.

I'm also running 4.7b6 and activated the 'Who's new' and 'Who's online' blocks.
My admin account is shown in the block also after logging out drupal the admin account is shown.
It seems that some data is cached for some time. I also did cleanup the records from the session table.
