Hello,

I installed the Domain Access Module (http://drupal.org/project/domain)
And I was reading through the Intall_Quickstart.txt file and it mentions a settings.php file... I can't seem to find the file at all! -
The one problem I get from so far is:
"Domain access failed to load during phase: -1. Please check your settings.php file and site configuration."
Any help?

Edit: I found it

However I still am trying to figure out how to make it work.
Do I have to reinstall Drupal on the subdomain for it to work?

You need to edit your settings.php file before you enable the Domain Access module. Remember not to enable any submodules before DA is set up.

could you guide me with some instructions on how to set up DA

I am trying to redirect a domain i.e (www.mywebsite.com) to (www.someotherwebsite.com/somepage)
