Replace this module with multigroups + (new) multigroup validator

Per #421896: Is Address field for CCK module abandoned?:

...the 3.x version of CCK offers a work around - multigroups. It at least lets you put all of the fields required for an address together as a unit. However, you don't get extra validation, or other functionality you would get from an address module.

Should this module be abandoned in favor of something that simply allows validating fields in a multigroup en masse? That module could have a profile for an address setup like this. Seems like that would be a much more powerful solution in the long run--theoretically it should cover this module's essential use case.
